Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 March 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Use apply to the Greetio website and related public pages operated by Namety LLC ("Namety", "we", "us" or "our"). If you have any questions, you can contact us at hi@namety.com.
2. Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Greetio website, including any public information pages, contact forms and similar pre-sales or informational interactions available on the site.
If we later give you access to a pilot, software environment or paid service, separate commercial terms, order forms or service agreements may apply and will take precedence to the extent of any conflict.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or related systems;
- use the website to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material;
- copy, scrape or systematically extract website content except as permitted by law;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us; or
- use the website in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.
5. Website content
We prepare the website in good faith to describe Greetio and our business. However, the website is provided for general information only and should not be treated as professional, legal, technical or commercial advice.
We may update, change, suspend or remove website content at any time without notice.
6. Demo, pilot and contact requests
If you submit a form or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to communicate with us in good faith.
Submitting a request for a demo, pilot, partnership discussion or callback does not create any obligation on either side to enter into a contract or proceed with a commercial relationship.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, layout and software elements, are owned by or licensed to Namety and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and print or download reasonable extracts for your internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or create derivative works from the website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Links to third-party services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Availability and security
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the website is provided "as is" and "as available";
- we disclaim implied warranties, representations and conditions to the extent permitted by law; and
- we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website will not exceed GBP 100.
11. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
