Public roadmap
Where Greetio is heading
The roadmap shows product direction, not a hidden pricing menu. Current plans sell what the platform already delivers; future revenue, reputation and portfolio ideas are shown separately.
Now
Ready to launch
Capabilities that already create commercial and operational value for hotel teams.
Omnichannel AI Inbox
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber and webchat in one workflow.
AI Autopilot with control
Drafts, auto-send, confidence, answer sources, handoff and escalation.
Website chat widget
A website widget that brings guests into the same AI inbox.
Message-to-task operations
Guest requests become tasks for reception, housekeeping, maintenance and SPA.
Booking AI
Date checks, occupancy capture, availability checked before contacts are collected, a tentative reservation prepared in the chat, booking-status lookup for the guest, and direct booking attribution.
Payments and deposits in the conversation
The pay link is calculated from the property's prepayment rule, sent inside the chat, and the guest gets a confirmation the moment it clears. Tourist tax is quoted and charged where the hotel switches it on.
Service bookings — spa, sauna, activities
A guest books a session, not just a room: capacity and staying-guest checks, real free hours for “this evening”, a staff calendar, and payment for a service booked on its own.
PMS integrations
Servio, Exely, OtelMS and Fidelio for availability, rates, rooms and reservations — or the built-in calendar when the property has no PMS.
Answer quality gates
Price and room gates, output validators at the model boundary, a journal of every gate that fired, and a deterministic escalation floor. The AI holds an answer back rather than inventing one.
Pilot
Controlled rollout
Scenarios best introduced after discovery, with property data, success criteria and a clear rollout plan.
Threads and TikTok as guest channels
The same inbox and the same AI pointed at two platforms where hotel audiences are growing fastest. In build; early access open.
Outbound campaigns and post-stay feedback
The delivery engine and the feedback schema are in place; message flows are being introduced property by property. Guest email and SMS are not channels Greetio sends on.
Channel manager as an availability source
For properties with no PMS: read what is free straight from the channel manager. In controlled rollout, verified per property.
Next
Public plans
Product directions we should not sell today as ready-made priced products.
OTA messaging
Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms in the same inbox — rolled out platform by platform, within each marketplace's API access and rules.
Review and reputation workflows
Conversation satisfaction scoring runs today. Drafted replies to published reviews, grounded in the record of that stay, are in build.
Rate intelligence / Rate Defense
A future direction for monitoring direct-offer competitiveness and supporting rate discipline.
Portfolio standards and AI policies
Coming soon: centralized AI policy management, brand standards, portfolio analytics and multi-property controls.
How to sell the roadmap
Start with a focused pilot, then scale
For complex scenarios, sell a 30-45 minute discovery, one property, selected channels, success criteria and a clear rollout plan.
Next step
- Choose the plan and first business outcome.
- Agree channels, PMS, pilot and KPIs.
- Confirm budget and launch plan.
